There are two main takeaways that I got out of the Jan 6 Committee Hearing Day 7. First, this focused on the Proud Boys and the Oath Keepers, as well as others at the insurrection itself. They also included recorded testimony from Peter Navarro and Bill Barr. (That part was mostly a repeat of previous hearings). They had a former member of the Oath Keepers, as well as a former Trump follower that had been at the riot testify in person.
The second takeaway is that Trump attempted to contact a witness that is currently in contact with the January 6th committee, a witness we have yet to hear from.
